Not compatible cable message

Hi there,

I purchased a pack of three cameras 9 months back, last week I wanted for charge all of them using the power adapter and cable that came in the box, one of them was charged to 100% while the other two wouldn’t charge at all..

I figured it might be a cable issue so I bought a new one (google cable), I used it to charge the second camera and it was fast and effective charging, then I started to charge the third and last camera, I checked the status a few hours later and to my surprise I saw a “use compatible cable and power adapter” message…

This is a brand new google official cable..

any advise?

Im no expert but maybe give the charge port a clean with a dry toothbrush maybe. All i have seen is problem after problem with all google products i can sympathize with you thats about all. Rest assured youre not alone i have seen multiple users complain of this issue.
