Not connecting even after getting on the phone help with google technical support

I Recieved another Google nest thermastat and would like some higher level assist installing it on my network.

I can brink up my Telus modem webpage and we can see why the CL Google camera, doorbell and now the thermastat won't hook up. 

My Google Hub is still working fine on the WiFi system.
