Ever since the latest Android update earlier this month I'm not longer getting notifications from my Nest door bell. It's still linked and working. I can view events through the app like normal. Notifications are turned on just not getting the push notifications anymore. Anyone run into this and found a fix? I've tried the basics, toggling notifications on and off in the Home app for the device and restarting phone.
im having the same issues, if I view events, they show up, but it I turn off an alert close the app, reopen and turn the alert on it shows up but turns back off again. it's frustrating
The same thing happens to me. I have an iPhone, the problem is more than 6 months old. I already did a factory reset. I got them for one day and then stop to send me notifications. I bought and installed another first generation and for the moment it works perfectly on the back door. But the second generation one is on the front and I don't get any notifications.
