Not receiving nest battery notifications on my samsung note 10 5g plus

Tried all the settings but can not receive any notifications on my note 10 5g plus.My galaxy tab 4 seems to receive them now after a bit of messing about.Very disappointed with this battery version.All is set up in the google home app ok.Whats the point in a doorbell and I can not receive notifications on my phone.Olso can not set up activity zones up on my note 10.But did manage to on my Samsung tab 4 after a bit of trying.Any ideas

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I believe that this is an ongoing issue, we are aware of this issue with a few different Samsung Galaxy devices. No ETA, but thank you for your feedback, and your patience.
