How can I receive notifications Only when someone rings the doorbell. Not just the presence of someone being there or passing in front of the camera.
I live in a high traffic area and I receive too many notifications.

To turn specific video events off:

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Tap and hold your doorbell > More (3 dots) > Settings cog.
  4. Tap Events > Seen events.
  5. Tap the switch next to any events that you want to turn off.

Instead of turning specific events off, you can also setup activity zones to reduce unwanted notifications. This lets you setup zones where you do want to be notified of activity or setup zones where you don't want to be notified of any activity.
