I have a set of four older (10 years+) Nest cameras. I am in a government facility where the password to the internet changes every 30 days. It becomes more and more difficult to re-connect to the internet with the new Wi-Fi password. I'm ready to throw in the towel and switch to a different camera. Nest Cam A0005 s/n 641666d7b986. No luck connecting with my phone. The phone screen instruction says to connect to your computer with the USB cable and "If the installation process doesn't start automatically, clink on the "Nest icon" on your computer. However, there is no "Nest icon" to be found anywhere on the computer, Only the "Sign in Nest" icon in the top toolbar. The computer has no options for refreshing the Wi-Fi password. What to do.

Hi @philray2020
Google Nest Cam Indoor (Model A0005) is a first generation Nest Cam. From the circumstances you've described you would need to remove the camera from the app (before the current password expires) whilst it is connected to power and Wi-Fi, which should factory reset the camera. Wait for the password to change, then set up the camera again using the new password. I'll link detailed information below (refer to the Nest app section).
