Only doorbell offline when WiFi drops

Hello, we recently moved over to EE broadband with faster speed and have a hard wired nest doorbell. At least once a week we wake upto the doorbell offline because the WiFi has dropped. The only way to get it back online is to do a hard factory reset on the doorbell. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Hazelbenson,

 

I'm sorry to hear about that as well as for the delay. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions:

 

  1. What type of Nest Doorbell are you using?
  2. What is the color of the LED lights on it?
  3. Is this happening to multiple Nest devices?
