Hi, Our electrician accidentally used a high voltage transformer on the doorbell and now even though it's attached the a low voltage transformer, the nest chime part only partially works. How can I order a spare one of these (the white disk that goes inside the mechanical chime)?
Thanks,
Sara

Thanks for stopping by the Google Nest community. For replacement parts, I'd recommend that you contact the Google Nest support team directly.

I contacted the Nest Support Team I was told I would be sent the spare part for free. I was chuffed. Then the next day the same person contacted me and said as I was out of warranty they were unable to provide the part but if I wanted to buy it I could and then they sent me a link to a US store when I’m based in the UK. Bad service. The person had my full details and the product details from the beginning so if I was out of warranty that should have been raised on first contact, or if they weren’t sure I was eligible they should have not made promises.
