Outdoor Cam not reconnecting to network

Battery outdoor cam not reconnecting. Dropped off network, now it won’t get past the “last 4 digits” setup page even after factory reset. Blinking green as if it’s in use.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. Is the Nest Cam Outdoor still showing in the Nest app after the factory reset? The LED light should be pulsing blue if the camera has been reset properly. 

 

You can check this article on how to Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell. You can then add the camera when it pulses blue.

Hi there, this a]camera won’t reconnect via the nest app, but it does via Google home
