Outdoor Nest Cam

We recently moved and brought our security camera from our old house to our new house. Set it up, had to renew subscription ($6/mo), but app is not sending notifications and only shows still shots. I have confirmed that we are set up for subscription and we are currently in 30-day free trial until 11/16 at which time it will automatically renew (with payment). My issues are that my camera is not sending me notifications when “motions” are captured. I have confirmed that push notifications are activated. Also, when I go into the app, it is only showing me still shots of the motion and not the whole video. It shows that it recorded a video for “X” number of seconds, but it is only a still shot. Any ideas what’s going on?? TIA
