I have an outdoor Nest IQ camera that is permanently zoomed in. Unplugging it and plugging it back in doesn't fix the issue. The camera also won't load on the google home app. Close up tracking is off as well. Any help would be appreciated.

No, the camera isn't zoomed in. The close up tracking is off. It's like permanently zoomed in half way.
