Password Reset email not received

Hi!  I’m changing my WiFi password and updating all my cameras.  I got kicked out of my Nest App. (All cameras are older). And when I tried to login with what I thought was my password, it said it wasn’t correct.  I tried to reset it. But I’m not getting an email from Nest. 

I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the nest app and tried to download it again.  But still no email from nest to reset my password. 

Even tried calling the phone number and it’s out of service now. 

HELP please.

Changing your Wi-Fi password would only affect how your phone connects to Wi-Fi. It would have no effect on logging into the Google Nest app, but perhaps it meant you had to re-logon to the Google Nest app.

Are you absolutely certain you're logging into the Google Nest app with the same username and password you previously used? (I've seen posts from other customers who also are not getting password reset emails, so perhaps something is wrong there.)

You could try contacting Support starting with the link below; you should get a choice between phone and chat options:
