Is there any plans to implement privacy zones? Other providers have this feature and I think it would be beneficial given the data protection laws in the EU and UK. For example, there is no way to configure the doorbell to only record areas on personal property. It would be nice if areas could be "blocked" out so that the camera user did not need to worry about capturing members of public on the street.
Now, I asked this question of the old forum previously and was given a response detailing activity zones. This is not what is required! From my understanding, activity zones trigger the camera to record when there is activity in the zone. However, the images recorded still include areas outside personal property.
Given the recent judgment in the UK concerning a user of another smart doorbell and their breach of data protection laws. I think this is a feature that many would welcome.
