Problem with Nest Doorbell Wired

Today, for some reason my Nest Hello Wired Doorbell has stopped functioning as it should be.
The camera turned itself off today (11:38am) and I've not been able to get back into it since (3:33pm), not even after resetting the WI-FI to see if that was the original problem. I have attempted to reset the device by holding down the reset button at the back of the unit, that didn't help.
I've noticed the Doorbell is very warm and there is a buzzing sound coming from the unit itself (I have never noticed this before) so to be safe I have temporarily disconnected it from the power which is a little inconvenience as it on my downstairs lightning ring so I've had to shut the breaker off via my consumer unit.
I am going to give it half an hour or so to see if it cools down and then I will pop it back on to see if that has helped or not. I suspect it won't, but I am trying to be hopeful.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this before?

If you have a Nest Hello Doorbell, you need to press the reset pin on the back of the doorbell AND the big doorbell button on the front for 10 seconds:
