My Nest doorbell and two Yale locks used to be displayed in the Nest app. Then one day they just weren’t there. I’ve tried to add them again, but can’t because they are already on my account. If they are on my account, why can’t I see them in the Nest app?
App is updated, iPhone is updated, and I can see my products in the Google Home app. I’ve searched other forums with tons of people reporting the same unresolved issue. Is there a fix?

If you are logging onto the Google Nest app and the Google Home app with the same Google Account and accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" in each app, then you should still be able to see your doorbell and Yale locks in the Google Nest app. The name of the Google Nest "home/structure" displays at the top of the initial screen in both apps. (I'm assuming you actually have a Google Nest Hello Doorbell and not the newer Nest Doorbell [wired Gen 2] indicated in your post, which only works in the Google Home app.)

Agreed, the same products should show in both apps…but they don’t. They all used to.

In recent months, customers who've installed a Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E in the Google Nest app have found it wasn't automatically appearing in the Google Home app, as it should.
Many have been able to fix the problem by creating a new, temporary Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Nest app, and then going to that empty Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Home app and deleting it. This apparently forces the 2 apps to sync and the thermostat appears.
Maybe for some reason your 2 apps have gotten of sync and that same workaround will cause your doorbell and Yale locks to reappear in the Google Nest app.
