Hello.
I own a Google camera indoor/outdoor on battery (last model ordered in October 2021).
I would like to generate a public link to share to friends ... so they can be able to view live stream of my camera. I do not find the way to do it. I've found some tutorials but they are only for the first generation of Google cam. My question is it still possible to do it? If yes how does it works? If no is it part of the roadmap and when it should be available?

Sharing your camera in this way is only available for cameras managed in the Nest app at this time. This is mostly a user to user community, therefore if this is important to you, I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.

Thanks for the answer, it is really a shame. Nest and Google are the same company now. A lot of competitors are doing those type of functionnalities natively and many more like timelaps ... just natively. For sure on my side my last purchase of Google Nest Cam. I'll buy an other cam from a competitor next week that permit it and will keep away from Google Cam.

Hi folks,
I'm afraid this feature is not available. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us and we're always looking for ways to improve. We'll take this as feedback and pass this information to our team. Let me know if I can assist you with anything else, otherwise I will be locking this thread in 24 hours.
Regards,
Steve
