Hi all
I bought a single inside camera (plug in) and a set of 3 outdoor cameras (battery).
I've tried repeatedly to set them up in Google home and Nest with the QR codes but it just keeps saying 'these are not the QR codes'.
There are no numbers on the devices to use to set them up without the QR code (the app suggests setting up without the QR code and entering a 9 or 11 number found on the device) - there are NO numbers on the cameras anywhere. There are combination letters and numbers but it only gives an option for just numbers...
I am super frustrated at this point - and as every big business now, has NO WAY of contacting them directly, can anyone help and tell me what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand how frustrating it is when you repeatedly try to set up your Nest Cam Indoor (wired) and the three Nest Cam (outdoor, battery) devices and keep getting a "These are not the QR codes" error. I'm happy to help!
To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:
Please note that during the setup process for your Nest Cam (outdoor, battery) devices, must be completed through the Google Home app. To ensure you've followed the correct process. Refer to this article: Installation video.
