Re connection issues

We just got new wifi, there was no option we seen to change the wifi on the google home app, all it said was to remove devices, so we did. Now we cannot re connect them.

To gather all the necessary information and provide you with the best assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • Could you please confirm which Google Nest devices you can’t reconnect?
  • What is the color of the LED light on your Google Nest devices?
  • Are you getting any error messages on your Google Nest devices and/or app?
  • How far are your Google Nest devices from the router?
