Google has ruined Nest. The only thing I can count on with my Nest doorbell is that I will get multiple messages it is offline.
all I get is excuses that the problem is mine - you’ve got a bad WiFi system, blah, blah, blah.
I no longer trust anything from Nest or Google. Time to break them up under Anti-Trust laws. They are so big they don’t need to care.

Has your doorbell always gone offline, or is this new? We have 3 Google Nest Hello Doorbells, and they're always online. We migrated to a Google Account in 2020, but still use the Google Nest app and have an Xfinity router with two Linksys routers connected via Ethernet cable, functioning as access points.

New issue. System was solid until roughly 2 months ago. I have two solid mesh networks.

Well, I don't know what's changed. Your post says "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen 2)" and "Nest app (iOS)", so I don't know whether you have a Nest Hello Doorbell or a 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell, or whether either doorbell is known for failing by starting to go offline. I don't know if something changed on your two mesh networks, or whether having two mesh networks doesn't play well with Google Nest. And yes, Google Nest Support doesn't seem to be good at troubleshooting particular problems, so customers are on their own.

i get random doorbelll is offline notifications maybe once a day, absolutely no idea why. It comes back on itself but sometimes its 30 seconds other times an hour.
Makes no real sense as im not moving the router/modem anywhere.
