Received new router, wifi, passwords ,etc all the same. All devices and cameras still showing off-line. We have unplugged/disconnected and reset but all devices (doorbells and cameras, and lights)are still showing off-line.

Hmmmmm, that is really odd. To the best of my knowledge If you have the EXACT same WIFI name and EXACT same password they should come up.
what kind of new router are you on? (not that it should matter much)
You probably already did this but power down both the Cable Modem AND the WIFI router and power them back up. This will force new IP addresses everywhere.
What lights are you talking about? Google doesn't make lights, do they?

We got the cameras working finally, now we’ve been trying to update the Phillips hue voice control that we ised to say”hey google turn on/off living room loghts”.

That is great that you got it working. Any idea what you did to make it work?
Sorry I don't have any knowledge of the Phillips Lights with Google. Since this is the Camera Doorbell forum you may have to post that question somewhere else.

We had to turn off reconnect the router and wifi. Then we had to remove all devices, and reinstall do a hard reset of the home hub, and cameras and floodlights.
