Recorded video events disappear

I have the free trial Nest Aware subscription (says I have 19 days left). This came with my new 2nd gen battery doorbell (which I have wired). However my recorded video still disappears after 3 hours. I should be able to access video recorded events up to 30 days with Nest Aware, correct? Why is this happening if I have Nest Aware?

Is your free trial Nest Aware subscription on the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your doorbell is located?

If you go to this link and click on your subscription, it will show you the name of the Google Nest "home/structure"..Also, if you go to your doorbell in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video, under "Video History" it should say 30 day trial Nest Aware subscription if the subscription is applied against the same home.

If that doesn't explain it, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below; it's supposed to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Hello everyone,

 

@TT68 I know how important it is to have a recorded video history saved on your Google Home App. However, were you able to check the information that MplsCustomer shared? You need to make sure that your trial Nest aware was applied to the home structure where your Nest doorbell is added. You may hit the link above for more information.
