I use Home assist for my indoor cameras and have my outdoor and doorbell going full time. However, while sleeping I'd like to have some of the indoor cameras on as well. So is there a way to set the cameras to come on between 12-7AM as well as use Home Automation when I've left the house? Or is there a Google/Siri command I can give to turn recording on those devices?
Thanks

Hi Badaz06,
Thanks for letting us know. You can use camera scheduling in the Nest app to set the time your camera is on and off. If you use a schedule and automatic switching at the same time, your camera may not work correctly and can turn off and on unexpectedly. Use one or the other, but never both at the same time.
Here’s how:
Note: By default, your camera is scheduled to be on all the time. If you schedule your camera to turn off at a certain time, but it's already past that time when you set the schedule, your camera won't turn off until the next time it's scheduled to be off. You can schedule your camera to turn off and on up to 32 times per week.
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
JT

If no is the answer, then no is the answer. I would strongly urge the DevOps team to consider this as a potential enhancement to the product, however.
