Hola, cambie el wifi y elimine las camara de google home, ahora quiero volver a configurarlas y no puedo las veo pero hace loop cuando esta conectando el wifi.

Como puedo hacer ???

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that you have been experiencing some issues trying to reconnect your Nest Camera (1st gen) since changing your Wi-Fi network. It sounds like you're stuck in a loop during the connection process; let me help you out with this!

When we make changes to our Wi-Fi network, we often need to refresh the camera's connection and internal settings. Since this is a first-generation device, please follow these steps within the Nest app:

  • Remove the camera from the Nest app (and ensure it's also removed from the Google Home app if visible).
  • Disconnect your camera from power for 20 to 25 seconds.
  • Connect your camera back again.
  • Wait for the pulsing blue light, which indicates that your camera is ready to pair.
  • Follow the steps in the Nest app to set up your camera as a new device.
