Renewed google nest aware by auto subscibe and now all my features are gone

I renewed google nest aware, they canceled my membership and all the nest aware features are gone. Sick nof emailing google since they basically shut me off after referring me to nest after i eventually expressed my extreme frustration of trying to cancel or get my features back on for over a week. Google nest help center doesnt allow any direct communications with any type of represenative to resolve this. Instead i have the circles song running through my head as I aimlessly travel in circles of trying to select the right answer over and over and over in the trouble shooting menues while selecting the most relevant and entirely irrelevant options of my issue through the drop-down menues and coming up with the vaugest answers that even the most illiterate users wouldnt need. Sorry i am quite snarky and all the way agitated at this point after spending much more of my time trying to reaolve this then the monetary value of this subscription is worth. How is this system operated in this mannor?!

I'm just another Google Nest customer, and so have no idea why Google Nest would cancel your subscription.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

When you get to the "Resources" page, just click "Next step" without clicking on any of the "help" suggestions.  That should get you to the page with contact choices (phone callback, chat, or email, depending on your locale and the time of day).
