Hi there,
I'm trying to find a replacement for the aluminium made mounting plate on a Google Nest doorbell camera. I changed the main door and the guy who installed the door ripped the doorbell from the old door frame, which in turn made the mounting unusable because the original holes for screws are now bigger than any screw one can put in. Could you help me, please? (see attached pics)
Thank you

You could try to find a couple of appropriately-sized washers at a hardware store (though you don't want the screws to stick out too far and prevent the doorbell from being mounted), or you could try contacting Support to see if they'll replace your mounting bracket:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thank you for your reply, I'll try these options.
