Replacement Wall Plate for Google Nest Doorbell

Hi.  I recently installed my Nest Hello Doorbell (wired) and the top clip for the wall plate appears broken.  I do not believe it is cosmetic more a concern about the doorbell not being secured properly due to the top clip being broken. The doorbell is not being securely held. Is there a place to obtain a new wall plate to make sure the doorbell does not get taken off?

Could you confirm if this is a brand new device, or if this is a brand new device? Did the clip arrive damaged or missing? This is a brand new device.  I purchased it around July 2021, but only opened/installed it on Tuesday of this week.  The top clip appears to be damaged as if it is not the entire piece.  I do not know what case number you are referring to.
