Replacement magnetic mount for Nest Cam Outdoor

Hello,

I have previously purchased a nest cam outdoor from BestBuy in Canada and during a move I have lost the magnetic mounting hardware that allows you to mount the camera.

I have tried contacting support but they are telling me to go to a store and purchase a replacement but can't find any stores that sell replacement magnetic mounting hardware for the nest cam outdoor.

How can I get a replacement?

I am so sorry to hear that you are missing your Nest Cam IQ Outdoor backplate magnet! Definitely can't put it back up without it. I would love to look into this issue further, but I need to collect some information first.

I also need a replacement  mount, as mine was lost when my camera was pulled down by floodwaters from hurricane ida in NYC. Can you help me please?
