Hi Nest ingeneers,
Is it possible to do something to have the streaming of the Nest doorbell (battery) on the Samsung Family Hub, everyrhing is ready by the side of Samsung, it's now just your part of the job, to give us access to the streaming of the video signal coming from your doorbells when somebody push the button, pleaaaaaase !

Hello Noe,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, have you checked the packaging of your Samsung Family Hub? If so, were you able to see the "Works with Nest" badge on it? Were you able to confirm from Samsung if your Nest Doorbell would be compatible with your Family Hub? Let us know your update here.
Regards,
Emerson

Hello, I don't check the packaging but on the screen, in a Windows there's this message :
the camera/doorbell will soon be supported. Try using Smart Things for now
I don't think that I'm the only person who wait for this feature and I found question about this in 2021, so nothing was done until now.
So I will appriciate (and I'm not the only one) if programers from Nest could do something to update this functionality!

Hey Noe,
Thanks for getting back to us. We appreciate your interest however, we don't have any news to share about applying this feature. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I'd suggest you send feedback using this link to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this. Let us know if you have more questions.
Best,
Emerson
