Reviewing Video on PC

Anyone having trouble with playback on PC? I am able to review video on my iPhone very fast (10 sec at most), but when I want to watch playback's of video on my PC I'm waiting minutes for my video to load.  It's not my PC or internet speed as I am getting 600+/- upload and 400 +/- download. Thanks!

Hi LuisB,  A few questions:  Has it been working ok and now this is a new problem?   Which Nest camera(s) are you using?   Can you try another PC in the household to compare?  Or maybe try a different browser?   If it works okay on a different browser then you might just need to clear the cache on the one that isn't working.
