I'm having sporadic issues with SOME previews not appearing in the notification field.
Attached is a screenshot as an example.
You can see that the "Side Yard Camera" has not returned a preview, while the other cameras are do.
I returned after a few minutes, to find that the preview still has not loaded.
How do we fix this? Thanks!
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. Do you still need assistance? If so, I would suggest that you Restart the cams that are not providing a preview. If that doesn't work, Factory Reset the device and try again.
If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it.
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
