I’ve installed my camera next to a pir security light. At dusk the light comes on and off continuously until i turn the camera off. Is the cameras night vision causing the problem

My camera is about 15cm below the pir security light. Despite diabling nightvision, microphone the light goes on/off allnight. I’ve no fitted a westher sheild above the camera to no avail. It must be heat from the camera causing the problem as turning it off stops the light coming on. Apart from moving the camera is there a solution

Let's try to restart your camera to refresh the connection. If that doesn't work, try to reset it to its default settings. Here's the link on how to do it. Also, if you want to save any video footage before you perform the factory reset, create video clips or timelapses and download the files to your phone or computer. Keep us posted.
