Set up Google Nest Doorbell

Unable to completely set up.  Won’t show any video.  I already have a Nest indoor camera on Google Home app. Very confusing!  PLEASE SUBMIT to Help Desk.  THANK YOU

Hi,

Just to confirm can you let me know if you have done all the following:

  • Make sure that your Nest Doorbell is within range of your Wi-Fi network.
  • Make sure that your Nest Doorbell is plugged in or has a fully charged battery.
  • Try restarting your Nest Doorbell.
  • Try restarting your Wi-Fi router.
