Setting up outdoor camera with flood light after moving

FrustratedFred

I moved to a new home. I did a factory reset of my network and all devices. The outdoor cameras with floodlights - keep crashing before set up is complete. I have put in like 8 hours on this already.

I am very close to having a professional security team come backout and just pay the extra money for the higher-priced nonsense cameras. Because this is getting absurd. The cameras worked perfectly the last two years at my old home and we're suggested by ADT as a cheaper alternative.

@FrustratedFred

You've probably done this already, but did you hold down the reset button for at least 12 seconds for a factory reset?

Judging from the many posts in this forum, it seems some customers have defective floodlight cameras.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
