Cameras offline frequently

 So for the last few years our Nest Hello and our other Nest cameras would frequently go offline. I had read in other forums that this was a common issue. A couple years ago I made a failed attempt to bridge my internet provider's wireless modem/router with a much more capable wireless router. My attempt failed as it turns out because the provider provided me with some wrong information ( Tag info).

 Anyways, my son took a stab at it a few days ago. By chance he discovered the incorrect information along with some DNS issues. Long story short, he was successful setting up the transparent bridging as well as fixing the DNS issues and neither my Nest Hello or any of my Nest cameras have gone offline since.
