I moved to a new home. I did a factory reset of my network and all devices. The outdoor cameras with floodlights - keep crashing before set up is complete. I have put in like 8 hours on this already.
I am very close to having a professional security team come backout and just pay the extra money for the higher-priced nonsense cameras. Because this is getting absurd. The cameras worked perfectly the last two years at my old home and we're suggested by ADT as a cheaper alternative.

You've probably done this already, but did you hold down the reset button for at least 12 seconds for a factory reset?
Judging from the many posts in this forum, it seems some customers have defective floodlight cameras.

@FrustratedFred, thanks for posting here in the Community. How's it going with your Nest Camera with floodlights? Were you able to set it up? Also, don't forget to hit the link that MplsCustomer has shared to properly reset your Nest Camera. In case you have an update, you know where to find us.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
