Shared Nest Link Not Working

Hello! I just moved into a new house with a nest doorbell and cameras. My landlord has sent me the share link so that I have access to them, but I have been unable to utilize them as it always says - no matter what browser - that my browser is out of date and I can not view the shared stream. Is there a way around this? Is there a way to add these password protected shared streams to the nest app so I have them on the go?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, have you tried reinstalling your web browser? Have you tried using a different mobile phone? Are you trying to open it with the web browser of your computer? Try asking your landlord to add your email address and invite you so that you can have access with their Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbell with ease. Looking forward to your response.
