Shared invite not loading doorbell, cameras or heating

Hello, 

we have google heating, wired doorbell and nest camera. They are set up on my husbands account and he has invited me to them. However they simply won’t load on my google home app. They hang for ages then say unable to load. 
previously I could access the doorbell and heating on the nest app, but the cameras never loaded.

nest app has been deleted from my phone. Google home app deleted and reinstalled. New invite sent & accepted. Still won’t load. Everything is loading and streaming correctly for husband & we are using the same WiFi and iOS.

i am logged into google home app on my google account which he sent the invite to.

You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
