hi Team,
i bought 2 pack nest cam battery pack. One camera is working other one I am not able to install. It shows in google home app a persistent error “something went wrong”. I tried all possible trouble shooting which include rebooting my phone and nest cam also I use another phone to install the cam but didn’t work. Is there a way to resolve the issue? If not can I return only one cam and seek a replacement. Please help urgently
