Is the subscription to Nest basic cameras cancel when you delete the app?

What do you mean by "Nest basic cameras"?

Nest Aware subscriptions are NOT canceled when you delete the Google Nest app or Google Home app. No data is deleted or changed. We've done it several times over the years.
