Supplement issues nest

Hi all! I have kept trying on my new iphone and keep having the same isssues as I did on my samsung. It keeps me from accepting suppemlemtal terms for the nest. It just states that the deadline exceeded. I have force closed the app, updated my phone. I am loosing my mind. Anyone have any tips? For reference, I have an Iphone 15 pro max

These four threads all say this occurs if you're trying to use a Google workspace account (formerly G-suite) rather than a personal gmail account:
