My ring doorbell stopped communicating with the hub. Wish to have phone number so I can talk to a human at Google.

What hub and doorbell version do you have? Do you have the home app installed?

I have the latest versions of Nest Doorbell Hello (wired) and Hub 2nd gen. I also have the Home app installed and functional. Everything was working fine when I installed those 2 units last month, however a few days ago, I noticed that when someone rings the doorbell I get a notification on my iPhone 11, IPad Pro, iPad Air and my Apple Watch, but nothing shows up on the Hub screen. I rebooted the hub, but the problem persists.  When I ask the hub to open the doorbell camera it works fine. I also have no problem viewing the camera on my iPads, iPhone, etc.

Thanks,

Also make sure the devices are in the same home as you can have multiple homes in the home app. Make sure you have sufficient bandwidth in your network.

Some network devices interfere with the nest setup. You could also try deleting the home setup and try setting it up again. It could also be a device limit on notifications.
