We replaced a broken camera but it won't show up on our account on our web page or app. How can we fix it?

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. Are you trying to add a new 2021 Nest Cam (battery) or Nest Doorbell (battery) to the Nest App? If you are, please understand that these new cams are not compatible with the Nest App and are only available in the Google Home App.
