The Home app does not recognise my new wired Nest Camera

The home app on my iPad and iPhone do not recognise the new wired camera. Any solutions?

Can you explain a little more what you mean by doesn't recognise it? What happens when you try to setup the device? What is displayed on screen in the Google Home app?
