Events record fine and live video works well!
Thumbnails don't show an image? And notifications don't come through (ignore this for now! I've tried every troubleshooting step ever, it's clearly caused by the same issue as the thumbnails, but not resolved by playing with settings, uninstalling etc)
Seems it's likely an issue with the app as have seen other users using the same phone as me (Samsung Galaxy A51) have the issue, but not on their other devices and same for people who had no issues until the updated an iOS.
