personally I find the options for automation with google home way to limited. As such, I got myself a Homey device from Atom which I could quite easily get connected with the nest services partner connections. All this is super easy to setup.
but now the issue comes - in Homey Flows the various events are all exposed. With the events, there are also thumbnails that could be used. When I use them in Homey, the thumbnails are always missing. I also believe it triggers pop ups in google home such that I get two popups, one from each system.
All what I want is to have a single pop up when an unknown person is seen when its at night.
An extra plus would be to have in google home an option to easy filter in the history for all people seen at night. Very strange but this is not possible!
Positive with Homey is that I could have automation that is configure to turn on lights in my garden as soon as a person is seen by at least one of the cameras and it automatically turns off when the last cameras has not seen the person voor 5 minutes.

Hi RubenN1,
Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that your experience with the Automations feature isn’t being the best. It's great that your Atom and Homey devices are connected and working properly with the Google Home app. I understand that the missing thumbnails can be frustrating. Your feedback about the features you suggest is valuable. Please share your thoughts about how these options would improve your experience and benefit other users with similar devices.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Axel.

Hi AxelD,
The scenarios that I describe are pretty much what I would be after for. With the thumbnails, I believe that is just a bug in the implementation. What Im curious about is how google respond to defects in their software. How it responds to feature requests is for me secondary.
