Transfer 1st gen nest hello from Nest app to Google Home app

I do not have the options to transfer my 1st Gen nest hello from Nest App to Google home app. I have already done the following,

1) Migrated my Nest account to Google home account

2) I have upgraded to the latest Nest Aware subscription

3) I joined the public preview

4) my Google home app is the latest version

Any idea why I did not receive any notification and there isnt any options for me to transfer my nest hello to the Google home app?

Is your 2nd gen Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell?

If someone from Google Nest does not chime in here, you could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

We are not on the "Public Preview" version, and have no plans to transfer our cameras and doorbells because the Google Home app still lacks so many Nest app features, but according to the Help topic below, you can go to your cameras and doorbells in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Transfer to Home app:

Hi there! Thanks for the reply.

Yes that's the first place I looked but that option is not available to me. I looked everywhere in the nest app but couldn't find the option to transfer it to Google home app

Sometimes it can take a few days for the public preview features to show up in the Google Home app after you first sign up.

It's been a few months since in enrolled myself in the public preview. After I enrolled, I even moved my Nest Max to the Google home app. For some strange reason my Nest Hello still stuck at the Nest app.
