Trying to send Nest doorbell notifications to only 1 home device

I've bought a Nest Doorbell (battery) and have 2 issues:

1. I was expecting it to actually have a doorbell sound, but it appears I need a "Chime", although it's not even clear that works with a battery doorbell.

2..The doorbell is sending notifications when it rings to all 4 of our Home devices, including our 2 kids rooms. I can't see that I can send notifications only to put 2 downstairs devices, other than turning off all notifications on the kids rooms. Is this feature available?

@Tommys

The "Indoor chime" option is automatically disabled if your doorbell is not wired to your doorbell wires because it's not capable of ringing an indoor doorbell chime. But if you have an indoor doorbell chime and if you wire your battery doorbell to an indoor doorbell chime, the "Indoor chime" option will be enabled and you can turn it on to ring an indoor doorbell chime.

Unfortunately, Google Nest doorbells send "Visitor announcements" to ALL Google Nest speakers unless they are set to "Do Not Disturb", even though customers in this forum keep asking for the ability to sent "Visitor announcements" to specified speakers only.
