Google Doorbell Issues

I have two Google doorbells connected and they are driving me crazy. For a while my front door doorbell would randomly go offline and reconnect with a few days later. Now my back doorbell went offline and won’t connect. It stopped at exactly 8:25pm. They are within range of wifi and are powered up with a green light. They just wont connect to the home app.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Nest doorbell. I'd be happy to help you out. To start, can you let me know which Nest doorbell model you have? Also, have you made any changes to your Wi-Fi settings recently? And have you tried resetting the doorbell to factory settings?
