Both of my cameras went offline on Sunday 12th Jan I have restarted everything and they still won't come on line I have a Nest smart thermostat on the same wifi which is working Both cameras have worked well for 2 years without issues Both cameras can only be accessed by ladder It seems odd that both have simultaneously failed at the same time. Any ideas ? Any help would be very welcomed

Unless there was some change in your Wi-Fi network on Jan. 12, or a power surge/outage, the only other possibility I can think of is that the electrical circuit(s) for the cameras is/are off.
If you want to contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

If the electrical outlets for your cameras are easily accessible, you could try unplugging your cameras for a minute to restart them.

Thanks for the response. I did do that and removed the cable. I also rebooted the router and checked the internet speed which is 120mips. Still nothing
