Unable to add Nest Wifi Outdoor IQ to new Wifi network

We moved into a new place and it comes with an already installed Nest Cam Outdoor IQ. Since it's been installed on the outside with the cable running through the outdoor wall that's been pinned in place, it's not possible to access the qr code on the inside of the plate. I can just barely make it out, but there's no room to get a phone camera in there to snap a pic of the barcode, and no way to read the digits either. Any suggestions?

You are supposed to be able to use the hex key that came with the camera to remove it from the mounting plate, by inserting it in the small hole at the top of the plate and turning it counterclockwise, as shown in the install video starting at about 6:55. The hex key is a 2.5 MM (3/32") hex key, as shown here:

You can disconnect the cable from the camera as shown at about 5:25 in the video:

The previous owner or resident needs to remove the camera from their Google Nest app (or Google Nest will give you an error that it's connected to another account. It then needs to be factory reset: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252289?hl=en-SG#zippy=%2Cnest-cam-iq-outdoor
